This may have been a while ago, but Erik Bensberg and I took a mighty surf trip to San Luis Obispo. A lot can happen on a surf trip, and this blog (SPOILER ALERT) won't even get to actually surfing.
On our way driving down from Carmel on Highway 1 through Big Sur, Erik and I stopped to check Molera, stopped at Deetjen's for breakfast, sat in a small chair, explored the wilderness, and photographed rocks. On the way to San Luis Obispo, we came across the surfing wonders that the central coast has to offer. More to come in part 2...
