As some of you guys may know, and many others probably don't- my dog that has been a part of my life since I was 11 was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago. I feared the worst for him, but he hasn't given up... instead, he's done quite the opposite.
Could he know what is going to eventually befall him? No, probably not. But in the last month he's been more playful, more loving, and altogether more of a dog than he's been since he was a puppy. From feeding him human food on a regular basis (scrambled eggs every morning) to special beach trips tailored to the dog, Hunter has been living it up.
